The Journey

From Beginner to Champion — From the Dance Floor to the World Stage

This is more than dance training — it’s a transformation.
Structured, professional guidance designed to take you from where you are… to the next level.

Slava Chizhik began his ballroom dance journey at the age of seven in Eastern Europe, quickly rising through national junior championships before earning recognition on the international circuit. His mastery spans both Latin dance — including Cha-Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive — and Standard ballroom disciplines such as Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep.

After competing professionally for over two decades and earning multiple championship titles, Slava transitioned into full-time coaching and choreography. He has worked with competitive couples, professional performers, and beginners alike — always with the same philosophy: every dancer deserves world-class instruction, regardless of their starting point.

Today, the Slava Chizhik Dance Academy serves as the culmination of that mission — bringing elite-level ballroom dance education online for the first time, accessible to students in over 50 countries worldwide.
